About Guidement
Established in December 2015, Guidement focus our service on the field of quantity surveying and Design in Hong Kong and Macau, which includes trades of civil ,building ,fit-out ,E&M .Our projects range from residential sectors, commercial schemes, casinos ,hospitals ,schools, factories etc.
Our founder used to work as an engineer and quantity surveyor in the local construction companies ,e.g. Omas ,Sun Fook Kong- Kun Fai ,China State Construction and Engineering etc., and took part in the projects e.g. Galaxy Macau ,the Venetian ,the Londoner ,One Oasis ,Residence de Nam Van Lake, La Marina Polytec, the Pearl etc.,Our team consists of 3 founders and 6 team members with experience of 10+ years in Hong Kong and Macau.
Our objective is that all our clients benefit from the excellent services and the best expertise. We aim to provide our Clients maximum value at every stage of the development process.
