Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited ("Chun Wo") was founded in 1968 and is the core member of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited (stock code: 00711.HK). Chun Wo is principally engaged in the core construction and property development businesses with the professional capability to undertake large integrated construction projects.

What We Construct

Buildings

Our building unit provides a wide range of construction and project management services. The types of building work we undertake include government and institutional buildings, office, residential and industrial buildings, hospitals, schools, fire stations, sports complexes and markets.

Civil engineering

Chun Wo has been engaged in civil engineering works since 1968 in both the public and private sectors, including roads and drainage, site formation, railway works, reservoirs, waterworks, seawalls and marine construction, sewage treatment/disposal facilities and underground construction.

Foundations

Established in 1992, Chun Wo Foundations is principally engaged in foundation works including piling, large-diameter bored piles, diaphragm wall construction, deep basement construction and ancillary work. With years of extensive experience in undertaking large-diameter bored piles, driven piling work and diaphragm wall construction, we are now one of the few foundation companies in Hong Kong that is well-positioned to perform all these works. Unlike other construction businesses, foundation works usually employs workers directly rather than being provided by subcontractors. We will provide safety and environmental training to our staff and imparts technical knowledge about piling work to them to ensure the quality of work.

Railway and Mass Transportation Facilities

Chun Wo is an expert in railway and trackwork installation with extensive experience and expertise in large-scale railway and trackwork projects. We have participated in specialized and high technology railway and tracking installation, such as floating slab track, low vibration track, ballasted track etc. We are well equipped with advanced plant and equipment including slip form pavers for derailment upstand construction, floating slab laying gantries and gantry portals for loading works trains, locomotives, rail-mounted cranes and containerized wagons. Chun Wo has completed various trackwork projects in Hong Kong and overseas, including the KCRC West Rail and Ma On Shan Rail as well as rail tracks in an international theme park in Lantau Island.

E&M

Chun Wo’s E&M focuses on electrical & mechanical coordination, project management, and sub-contracting services to the full range of construction works including civil, residential, commercial and industrial building projects. Chun Wo E&M is registered to carry out E&M works including electrical, fire services, MVAC, plumbing and drainage installation in Hong Kong.

Maintenance and minor works

Apart from being a main contractor in building and civil engineering projects, Chun Wo is also a specialized contractor in maintenance and minor works projects. Our expertise in waterworks, building and civil engineering maintenance projects and minor works has been recognized by our clients.

Fitting out

Chun Wo Elegant Decoration Engineering Company Limited (“Chun Wo Elegant”), our fitting out specialist, was established in 1995. It provides high-quality interior decoration and fitting-out works for various types of architectural development projects throughout the years.
