Project Highlights
ZHEC’s exceptional engineering performance has long been commended by customers and other stakeholders in the construction sector. Given this, the Hong Kong Government has conferred to the ZHEC accredited contractor status in many work areas. Under the name of CHEC, the company has obtained the highest construction license (License C) in five categories, permitting it to undertake construction projects of unlimited tender value in Buildings, Port Works, Roads and Drainage, Site Formation, and Water Works.
About Us
Established in Hong Kong in 14 May,1982, Zhen Hua Engineering Co., Ltd. (ZHEC) has been involved in various environmental and livelihood infrastructure projects in Hong Kong on behalf of China Harbour Engineering Company Limited (China Harbour) for 40 years. It is also engaged in a wide range of businesses including real estate development, trading and machinery rental. The cumulative contract value of completed projects exceeds HK$200 billion.
ZHEC attaches great importance to quality and environmental protection, and has passed the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 triple certification. We have a team of experienced professionals in design, construction, monitoring and inspection, and electrical and mechanical equipment.
