Wheelock and Company Limited ("Wheelock" or "the Company") is a property group headquartered in Hong Kong and builds on a commercial heritage that dates back to 1857. The Group is committed to investing in the long term.

In 2020, the Woo Family privatised the Company via World International Capital Group Limited ("WICG").

Post privatisation, the Company's holdings are consolidated under a new World International Holdings Limited ("WIHL"), the previous name of the Company prior to 1993. The Company operates through its two arms World International Asset Management Limited ("WIAM") and Wheelock Holding Pte. Limited ("WHP").

Wheelock holds three Principal Companies, namely The Wharf (Holdings) Limited, Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited and Wheelock Properties Limited.

Profile of the Principal Companies

The Wharf (Holdings) Limited ("WHL", HKSE: 4), 69% directly owned by the Company, is a listed Principal Company established in 1886 as the 17th company registered in Hong Kong and currently the 7th with the longest history. WHL is also one of the 30 constituent stocks in the original Hang Seng Index from the 1960s.

WHL upholds a long standing mission of "Building for Tomorrow". With a proven track record in management and execution, its businesses comprise Investment Properties, Development Properties ("DP") and Hotels in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Other businesses include Logistics Infrastructure through Modern Terminals and Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals.

Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited ("Wharf REIC", HKSE: 1997), 45% directly owned by the Company, is a Principal Company listed in 2017 and a Hang Seng Index constituent stock on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is one of the largest real estate companies in Hong Kong with a proven track record in investing and operating in iconic properties, evidenced by the Group's portfolio of six premier quality assets in Hong Kong led by Harbour City and Times Square and two prime commercial properties in Singapore.

It holds a listed subsidiary Harbour Centre Development Limited ("HCDL", HKSE: 51) with hotel and property investments as its core businesses.

Wheelock Properties Limited ("WPL"), 50% directly owned by Wheelock, spearheads the Company's property development business in Hong Kong.
