Founded in 1960, Chinachem Group engages in property development and manages a portfolio of investment properties supported by our property services team. As an experienced developer, we build quality residential homes, and maintain a development pipeline of commercial properties. We are a hotel owner operator and our residential care homes provides pristine care to the elderly.
